The Utils module provides supporting infrastructure used across the library:

• Utils::Tensor — N-dimensional tensor class built on Eigen
• Utils::ThreadsPool / Utils::WorkerThread — lightweight thread pool
• Utils::LogFile — simple file-based logging
• Utils::Library — cross-platform dynamic library loader
• Utils::Alias — type aliasing utilities
